If you need us to cut thicker ferrous metal, we’ll perform oxy-fuel cutting. This process works far better for thick materials than plasma cutting, as it can get the job done much more quickly and effectively in this scenario. However, oxy cutting does require us to preheat the metal before we cut and clean up significant amounts of slag after we are done with the cut.
